Simple Guideline

Detailed Guideline

1. Create an account. (skip this step if you already have an account)
   Pls fill in the required information.

2. Log in to your account.
   Pls sign in with your email address and password.

3. Start online shopping - adding product to your cart.
   Place your order by clicking 'Buy Now' to add the products to your cart .
   
   
   You may direct to product information page if there are sizes for the items.
   Pls select the 'Size' and click ' 'Buy Now'.

4. Shopping cart - Checkout or Continue shopping
   After adding the product to your cart, you're redirected to your cart content page.
   A) If you're ready to place your order, click 'Checkout' . (go to Step5)
   OR
   B) If you will like to browse other items, click 'Continue Shopping' (repeat Step 3)

5. Select the shipping method.
   Pls select your preferred shipping method.
   For more shipping information , pls go to "Shipping"
   
   You may see other shipping options depends on your location and group.
   Example: Air pacel (registered) for overseas customer.
   
   Note:All parcel will be sent by using SIngpost Courier Service if mailing is opted.

6. Select the payment mode.
   Pls select your preferred payment method.
   For more payment information , pls go to "T&C - Payment"
   
   You may see other payment options depends on your location and group.
   Example:Paypal for overseas customers.

7. Confirm order - Checkout Final Step
   Pls check all information have been entered correctly.
   Payment (account) information is stated at the bottom which will also be attached to your email copy of order form.
   If all information are correct and finalised, click ' Confirm Order' and o rder will be submitted.

8. Order Submitted - Checkout Complete
   Pls make sure you have returned to this page when you have submitted your order.

   To ensure that your order is submitted successfully, pls go to your "Order History"
   You should be able to view your order that has submitted.

9. Make the payment.
   Pls kindly make the payment and your order will be processed shortly.
   
   Pls inform us if payment has made by using the "contact us' form at the website and select the the subject "Payment"
   
   In your payment notification message. pls provide the following details where applicable.
   • Payer Name
   • Order No:
   • Amount Paid
   • Date of Payment:
   • Bank Name:
   • Mode of Payment: (ATM transfer / I-banking)
     
     
     *Pls kindly make the payment within 48 hours for in-stock items or your order will be forfeited.
     We will save your pre-order records of not more than 7 days. After which, order will be cancelled.
     
     
     
     
10. Process Order
    Order will be processed after payment received
    (Exception for cash payment for in-stock items if 'meet-up' is selected.)
    
    
    
    
11. Order complete - Shipped out/ Delievered
    Order is completed when item(s) is/are sent to the customer.
    (Pickup by customer is meeting is selected as 'shipping method'.
