    All apparels are original from their respective brands and come with full packaging. (label, hang tag, packaging bag and carrier bag)

    All photos are taken from the actual  products. It is the same as in the photo.
    Possible difference will be the slight colour variation due to photography lighting and/or individual monitor's colour

    Arrival time: 1-2 weeks. Process once payment received. No waiting for closing date.

    Products under “Pre-order” categories are advance order.
    Subject to availability
    Refund will be given if the items are out of stock.
    Customers are encouraged to provide replacement products in case out of stock.
    Waiting time does not include local mailing.
    Additional 1-3 working days are required for local mailing.

  8. Can I exchange the size if apparel does not fit me?

    Exchange can only done for damaged apparel. Changing of unfit apparel is not applicable.
    This is our promise to all customers that they are receiving a brand new piece for every purchase.
    Customers are advised to refer to the specification of the apparel before order.

  9. What's does “Free Size” means? One size fits all?

    ”Free Size” is about the size S to M. For more accurate of the size, pls kindly refer the specification of the apparel

    Some apparels do come with the accessories.
    Pls kindly refer to the product info. If there is no mention about the accesories, it usually means that the apparel does come with it.

  11. Do I need to pay for the postage fee?

    All purchase come with free delivery within Singapore using Singpost normal/standard mail.
    For registered mail, additional S$2.24 is required.
    We will like to create a hassle free online shopping experience for our customers by eliminating the need to calculate the cost for the postage.
    For overseas delivery, items are sent by using Singpost Courier Service.

    You will receive a notification slip from the postman to collect the parcel from your nearest SingPost post office or you may request second delivery via Singpost website - Redelivery Request.

    Pls allow 1-3 working days for local mail.

    Pending – Your order has been received.
    Payment Pending  – Order will be processed once payment received.

    Pre-order result - You will be informed whether are the pre-order items successful or not
    On shipping -  Items are on the way to Singapore.
    Delivered – Items have been sent out to customers

    There are 2 ways to check if you have submitted successfully or not

    1. After your order is submitted, a copy of order will be emailed to you.

    2. Log in to your account and check under -->My account --> View the orders I have made, you should be able to view your order
