   • All customers will require to create an account to place your order.
     
     
   • Pls provide correct and valid information when filling up the registration form to open an account.
     
     
   • After select the items, pls make sure all information are correct and valid before checkout. This is to facilitate smooth transaction.
     
     
   • Happinest will not be responsible for any consequences that are resulted from incorrect information provided by the account holder/buyer.

3. Product Information
   
   
   • All products are original from their respective brand with full packaging.
     
     In-stock Products
   • Products under “In-stock” categories are on hand stocks, items will be sent the next working day (Monday to Friday).
     If the items are out of stock, you may pre-order the item if available..
     
     Pre-stock Products
   • Products under “Pre-order” categories are pre-order items which are subject to availability
     It will take 1-2 weeks to arrive Singapore. Additional 1-3 working days are required for local (Singapore) delivery.
     Full payment has to be made before pre-order. Refund will be given if the items are out of stock or reserve for the next purchase.

   • Images are taken from the actual products.

5.  Pricing
   
   
   • Price stated at the website is for retail.
     If you wish to get the wholesale price, pls contact us at sales@happinest.com.sg for more information
     
     
   • We only accept payment in SGD dollar.
     However, you may wish to use other currencies when viewing the product prices solely for reference purpose.  If price is viewed at other currencies, pls note that it will subject to currency exchange rate when covert to SGD currency.
     Customers are advised to view the price in SGD dollar for accuracy.
      
   • Happinest reserves the right to change the price without prior notice. Customers who placed their orders before the price revision will not be affected and continue to purchase at the previously stated price.

6. Payment
   
   
   • Full payment has to be made before order is processed.
     
     
   • Bank Transfer: POSB / UOB.
     If payment is transferred from other bank than the above stated, it will take few days to complete the transaction.
     
     
   • Cash is only for meet-up for in-stock items at Ang Mo Kio or Hougang MRT. Appointment to be arranged.
     
     
   • Paypal is only for buyers outside Singapore but it is not to use for wholesale. Customer will receive an invoice from paypal to make the payment after we have calculated the total cost of goods and shipping fee.
     
     Clear Instructions will be given from paypal to make the payment.
     
     Note: You do not need to hold a paypal account to make the payment. Credit cards are accepted.
